Licensing
Drevnix uses an offline license system. No network call is made at runtime to validate the license. It works completely air-gapped.
Applying a license key
- Go to Settings in the portal sidebar
- Paste your license key into the License Key field
- Click Save
The license takes effect immediately. No restart required. The Settings page shows a summary of active features and limits.
License expiry
When a license expires, Drevnix enters a 2-day grace period during which it continues to operate normally. After the grace period, access to the portal and proxy is blocked until a valid license is applied.
Renew your license before it expires to avoid interruption. The Settings page shows the license expiration date.
Checking license status
The current license state is visible at the top of the Settings page:
- Active features (cache, SSO, REST API, audit log)
- Upstream and client limits (used / max)
- Expiration date
License limits
If you hit the upstream or client limit set by your license, attempts to create additional upstreams or clients will fail with an error. Contact your account manager to upgrade your license.
