Refund Policy

1. Free trial
Drevnix offers a 31-day free trial that does not require a credit card. If you choose not to continue with a paid Subscription, your trial simply expires — no charge, no action needed on your part.
2. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. We do not issue partial-month refunds for unused time within a billing period.
3. Refund requests
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted within 14 days of a charge in limited circumstances, such as:
- Accidental duplicate payment
- A verified technical issue that entirely prevented you from using the Service during the billed period
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your name, the email address associated with your license, and a description of the reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor.
4. Maximum refund amount
In no event shall any refund, credit, or other remedy exceed the total amount actually paid by you. We are not liable for any additional compensation, damages, costs, or credits beyond the refund of fees paid. This limitation is consistent with the Limitation of Liability set out in our Terms of Service.
5. EU consumers
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers in the European Union may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services.
By activating your License Key, you acknowledge that you have requested the digital content be provided immediately, and you consent to the loss of your right of withdrawal once the License Key has been fully activated and the Service made available. If you exercise your withdrawal right before activating the License Key, you are entitled to a full refund.
6. Merchant of Record
All payments for Drevnix subscriptions are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). Lemon Squeezy handles billing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT on our behalf.
Billing disputes and chargebacks are subject to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service. We encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with your payment provider so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
